Pastamore has been a Montreal West Island fixture since 1980, offering its fresh made pastas and sauces to the Montreal West Island community. ​

 

The original restaurant was tucked away at the Marché de l’Ouest food court.

 

In 2016, Vince Curro partnered up with his new partner, Richard Zaki to re-develop, re-brand and re-locate the restaurant.

 

With the new team's passion for making exceptional homemade Italian food, their devotion grew to an ambitious plan; Re-locate to better serve patrons with longer hours, re-design to improve customer satisfaction and comfort and re-brand to serve and respond to the growing demand for fresh all natural healthy dining experience.

 

Pastamore has perfected the fast casual dining experience like no other, with our open kitchens patrons will see their meals being prepared.

 

Patrons will also see our fresh pasta productions through the open glassed display.

 

We are proud to serve you the food we make with gusto & passion and we can't wait for you to enjoy our authentic Italian dishes!

Delicious coffee and Italian desserts

 

Visit our coffee station & bakery shop within our restaurant, and experience a little taste of Italy.

 

We serve our authentic Sicilian cannolis made with ricotta cheese as well as many other scrumptious Italian desserts such as our famous Nutella calzone or our assorted biscottis.
